The Stories on Demand Agreement (“Agreement”) is made by and between the Elevated Education Co LLC (“Company”) and you to govern your use, access, and participation in the online PDF content provided by the Elevated Education Co LLC through Kajabi.

The words “Company”, “Our”, “Us”, or “We” refer to the Elevated Education Co LLC. The words “You” or “Your” refer to the one purchasing the Stories on Demand PDF. The “PDF” refers to the Stories on Demand PDF.

Access to the PDF Content

The Elevated Education Co LLC. shall provide access to the PDF content listed on the website. As a condition of purchasing and participating in the PDF and its content, you agree to be bound by all policies and procedures set out in this Agreement. Disclaimer

Manual Terms

However, we reserve the right to revoke any license to access and use any PDF content at any point in time in the event that we decide or are obligated to disable access to the PDF due to legal or policy reasons.

Payment

By selecting this PDF, you agree to pay the fees indicated for the Stories on Demand PDF. You authorize the Elevated Education Co LLC to charge your debit or credit card for the full amount owed for the payment of the Stories on Demand PDF. You agree to pay all fees or charges to your account in accordance with the fees, charges and billing terms in effect at the time a fee or charge is due and payable. When you purchase the PDF, your information may be collected by Kajabi or Stripe at checkout, who may have different terms and conditions or privacy policies in place that differ from the Elevated Education Co LLC. You understand that The Elevated Education Co LLC is not held responsible for any third party’s policies that may differ from ours. The Elevated Education Co LLC reserves the right at any time to terminate your access to the PDF if your payment is returned for any reason or your debit or credit card cannot be charged.

Intellectual Property

The Elevated Education Co LLC and its licensors shall retain full ownership of all PDF Downloads, courses, contents, and information sold by the Elevated Education Co LLC. You undertake not to advertise, redistribute, and or otherwise broadcast the PDF, contents, news, download packets, and information upon termination of this Agreement or during the time you have access to the PDF. Any violations of this term will result in your access to the Stories on Demand PDF being restricted immediately. You agree not to share any of the information inside of the Stories on Demand PDF with anyone.

Assumption of Risk

You understand that you are held responsible for using your best judgment to apply the material you learn inside of the Stories on Demand PDF to your business and social media accounts. You assume full responsibility for your actions, choices, and implementation when applying the material to your business. The Elevated Education Co LLC is not held responsible for the lack of work or application on your end. The Elevated Education Co LLC does not make any guarantees for specific results that yield from your application of the PDF and its contents. No results or examples mentioned by us or our Clients are typical or should be expected. Any testimonials or success stories shared by the Elevated Education Co LLC are to serve as examples only and should not be expected nor are they promises for actual or future performance of any kind.

Refund Policy

Limitation of Liability

The Elevated Education Co LLC is not responsible for any suspension or interruption of the PDF and/or the Website or any other part of the system due to force majeure and other factors. The Elevated Education Co LLC does not guarantee that the system is stable and uninterrupted. The Elevated Education Co LLC will only provide you with the service based on its current function and current status and reserves the right to modify all or part of each service function at any time. Although the Elevated Education Co LLC will use reasonable efforts to keep the Website and the PDF available and the information on the website and content reasonably accurate, the Company make no representations about the suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, and accuracy of the information, software, products, services and related graphics contained on the Website for any purpose. The Elevated Education Co LLC is allowed to use any of the communication screenshots or reviews/testimonials for our website, social media accounts, and for the Elevated Education Co LLC's future clients and consumers. You understand that you will not be compensated in any fashion for the use of your reviews, testimonials, photos, and/or videos. The Elevated Education Co LLC agrees to keep your information and identity private, unless we have your permission to share your name and/or information on our website or social media accounts.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Elevated Education Co LLC from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, and damages, including reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, made by any third party related to (a) your use or attempted use of the Stories on Demand PDF; (b) your violation of any law or rights of any third party.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be responsible for any failure to fulfill its obligations hereunder due to causes beyond its reasonable control, including without limitation acts or omissions of government or military authority, acts of God, shortages of materials, transportation delays, fires, floods, diseases, labor disturbances, riots, or wars provided that it gives prompt notice to the other of its invocation of this provision and make diligent efforts to resume its performance despite such force majeure.

Severance

If any provision of this Agreement is or becomes invalid, illegal, or enforceable, it shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid, legal, and enforceable. If such modification is not possible, the relevant provision shall be deemed deleted. Any modification to or deletion of a provision under this clause shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of this Agreement.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the Parties and supersedes and extinguishes all previous agreements, promises, assurances, warranties, representations and understandings between them, whether written or oral, relating to its subject matter. Each party agrees that it shall have no remedies in respect of any statement, representation, assurance or warranty (whether made innocently or negligently) that is not set out in this Agreement. Each Party agrees that it shall have no claim for innocent or negligent misrepresentation based on any statement in this Agreement.
