Q: What’s the time commitment?
A: This is totally up to you! Each month you will get a new monthly training drop, but that doesn't mean you have to watch it. The goal is for you to only work on what your business needs in that moment, and that will look different for everyone. But this is a membership designed for long-term support since building your ecosystem takes time.

Membership Terms of Use

Please read these Membership Terms of Use carefully before subscribing to the Growth Lab Membership, operated by Elevated Education Co LLC (“Company”).

By enrolling in the Growth Lab Membership, you (“Member,” “You,” or “Your”) agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use (“Agreement”), which govern your access to and participation in the Growth Lab Membership (“Membership”). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll or discontinue use immediately.

Access to the Membership

Upon enrollment in the Growth Lab Membership, you will receive access to the Growth Lab content, resources, and community features as outlined at the time of purchase. Access is contingent upon successful payment and continued compliance with these Terms.

The Growth Lab Membership includes:

Two monthly training drops
Ability to comment directly under trainings for implementation support
Access to the private Growth Lab community
Two monthly group coaching calls
Unlimited Q&A inside the community

The Company does not guarantee specific outcomes, response times, or individualized results but will make reasonable efforts to provide ongoing educational support. The Company reserves the right to update, modify, or replace content, community structure, or delivery methods, provided that the core intent and value of the Membership remain intact.

Consent

By purchasing the Growth Lab Membership, you confirm your consent to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.

Disclaimer

The Membership is intended for educational purposes for service-based business owners and entrepreneurs. It does not replace professional, legal, financial, or mental health advice. You acknowledge that outcomes depend on your individual application of the content and that no guarantees are made regarding business results.

Payment Terms

Membership payments for this plan are billed every six (6) months at a rate of $485 USD per billing cycle.

Your billing cycle begins on the date you enroll. For example, if you join on January 10th, your payment will automatically renew on July 10th and every six months thereafter unless canceled prior to the renewal date.

Auto-Renew Payment Terms

If an automatic renewal payment fails, the Company will retry the payment five (5) days after the initial failed attempt. If the second attempt fails, a third and final retry will occur five (5) days after the second attempt.

If the payment cannot be successfully collected after the third attempt, your access to the Membership will be revoked immediately. To regain access, you must re-enroll in the Membership at the then-current rate.

Access to the Membership will begin immediately upon successful payment and will continue for the full 6-month billing period. You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains active and up to date to avoid any interruption of service.

6-Month Billing Agreement

By enrolling in this Membership plan, you agree to recurring billing of $485 every six (6) months unless canceled prior to your next billing date.

This plan is offered at a discounted rate in exchange for enrolling in a full 6-month billing cycle. You may cancel at any time; however, cancellation will only prevent future billing and will not result in a refund or early termination of your current access period.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your Membership at any time through your Kajabi account settings or by emailing support at kaylie@elevatededucationco.com. Cancellation will prevent future billing but will not result in a refund or early termination of access. You will retain access to the Membership for the remainder of your current 6-month billing period.

Refund Policy

Due to the digital and instant-access nature of the Membership content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once your purchase is processed. No prorated refunds or credits will be provided for unused time, partial months, or unused content. All sales are final.

This includes all prepaid or multi-month Membership plans. Cancellation of your Membership does not entitle you to a refund for any portion of your current billing period.

Intellectual Property

All Membership content, including videos, PDFs, templates, and training materials, are the sole property of the Company. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any content from the Membership. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.

Support and Feedback

Growth Lab members may ask questions directly within the training modules via comments for feedback and implementation support. The Company does not guarantee a specific response time but will make reasonable efforts to reply promptly.

Community Conduct

The Company reserves the right to remove any Member from the Membership or community spaces for disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or inappropriate behavior without refund.

Content Evolution Disclaimer

Training topics, formats, and delivery methods may evolve over time to reflect industry changes and Member needs.

Assumption of Risk

You are responsible for how you apply the materials in your own business. The Company is not liable for the success or failure of your actions based on Membership content. Results are not guaranteed.

Limitation of Liability

In no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss, arising out of your use of the Membership content.

Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure

You agree not to share, copy, or redistribute any of the content or communications from inside the Membership. All materials are confidential and intended solely for personal use.

Testimonial & Photo Release

You consent to the Company’s right to use any testimonial, review, or communication you voluntarily submit (written or visual) for marketing purposes. No compensation will be provided.

Indemnification

You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company for any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or misuse of the Membership materials.

Force Majeure

Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, government actions, pandemics, or acts of God.

Severability

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.

Entire Agreement

This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and You regarding your Membership and supersedes all prior agreements.
