Membership Terms of Use
Please read the Terms of Use carefully and in their entirety before subscribing to any membership tier within the Growth Lab Membership, operated by Elevated Education Co LLC ("Company").
These Membership Terms of Use ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement made between you ("Member," "You," or "Your") and the Elevated Education Co LLC ("Company," "We," "Us," or "Our"), concerning your access to and use of the Growth Lab Membership (“Membership”).
Access to the Membership
Upon purchase of a monthly or annual Membership tier (Starter Vault or Growth Lab), you will receive access to the content and features listed under your selected tier as outlined on our website. Access is contingent on timely payment and compliance with these terms.
By purchasing and participating in the Membership, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not enroll or immediately discontinue use.
Membership Tiers
- Starter Vault Tier: Includes 1 monthly training drop and 1 implementation resource.
- Growth Lab Tier: Includes 2 monthly training drops, 2 implementation resources, and the ability to comment directly under trainings for implementation support.
The Company reserves the right to modify or replace any content or features at any time without notice, provided that core deliverables of the respective tier remain in place.
Consent
By purchasing a Membership tier, you confirm your consent to abide by the terms set forth in this Agreement.
Disclaimer
The Membership is intended for educational purposes for service-based business owners and entrepreneurs. It does not replace professional, legal, financial, or mental health advice. You acknowledge that outcomes depend on your individual application of the content and that no guarantees are made regarding business results.
Payment Terms
Membership payments are billed on a monthly basis according to your individual billing cycle. Your billing cycle begins on the date you sign up. For example, if you join on the 10th of the month, your payment will automatically renew on the 10th of each following month.
If an automatic payment fails, our system will retry the payment 5 days later.
If that second attempt fails, a third and final retry will occur 5 days after the second attempt.
If the payment cannot be successfully collected by the third retry, your membership access will be revoked immediately. To regain access, you’ll need to re-enroll and submit a new payment at the current membership rate.
You are responsible for ensuring that your payment method remains active and up to date to avoid any interruption of service.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your Membership at any time through your Kajabi account settings. Cancellation prevents future billing but does not issue refunds for current or previous billing periods.
Refund Policy
Due to the digital and instant-access nature of the Membership content, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances once your purchase is processed.
2026 Business Systems Challenge Details
The Growth Lab Business Systems Challenge runs from January 1, 2026 – March 31, 2026.
To qualify for the full refund of your first three months ($81), you must complete all five milestones outlined in the 2026 Challenge video.
Refunds will be processed by the Company on April 15th, 2026. Only members who have completed all five milestones of the 2026 Challenge will be eligible. Completion will be verified by the Company through internal tracking of milestone submissions. No separate refund requests are required.
If you do not complete all milestones, you are not eligible for a refund.
Purchasing the Growth Lab membership does not automatically enter You into the Challenge. You are responsible for enrolling by following the instructions inside the portal. You must comment “JOIN” on the designated challenge post no later than December 31, 2025 to be enrolled. Comments or enrollment attempts after this date will not be accepted.
Participation in the challenge is voluntary. You may cancel your membership at any time, but cancellation does not automatically qualify you for a refund.
Marketing Consent
By enrolling in the Growth Lab membership or the 2026 Growth Lab Challenge, you consent to receive marketing communications, promotional emails, and updates from Elevated Education Co LLC about current and future programs, services, and offers.
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions included in the emails.
Participation in the membership or challenge is not contingent upon receiving marketing emails.
Intellectual Property
All Membership content, including videos, PDFs, templates, and training materials, are the sole property of the Company. You may not reproduce, share, resell, or distribute any content from the Membership. Violation of this clause will result in immediate termination of your access without refund.
Support and Feedback
Growth Lab members may ask questions directly within the training modules via comments for feedback and implementation support. The Company does not guarantee a specific response time but will make reasonable efforts to reply promptly.
Assumption of Risk
You are responsible for how you apply the materials in your own business. Elevated Education Co LLC is not liable for the success or failure of your actions based on Membership content. Results are not guaranteed.
Limitation of Liability
In no event will the Company be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages including but not limited to lost profits, business interruptions, or data loss, arising out of your use of the Membership content.
Confidentiality & Non-Disclosure
You agree not to share, copy, or redistribute any of the content or communications from inside the Membership. All materials are confidential and intended solely for personal use.
Testimonial & Photo Release
You consent to the Company’s right to use any testimonial, review, or communication you voluntarily submit (written or visual) for marketing purposes. No compensation will be provided.
Indemnification
You agree to hold harmless and indemnify the Company for any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising from your participation or misuse of the Membership materials.
Force Majeure
Neither party shall be held liable for delays or failure in performance due to events outside of reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, internet failures, government actions, or pandemics.
Severability
If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement
This Agreement represents the entire understanding between the Company and You regarding your Membership and supersedes all prior agreements.
